hands on fire is a handpicked freejazz, doom-punk orchestra and collective from the copenhagen underground and alternative scene.

“good wind, bad wind” is their debut album, featuring 14 musicians recorded live in the concert hall of RMC, the rythmic music conservatory in copenhagen. 

both featuring loud, cathartic and confrontative passages – as well as intensely intimate ballads, the music is trying to convey an urgency in systematic change needed around us. it is rough, but not violent – all with the intention of being transparent and unfiltered.
